WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

About the Website
(a) Welcome to EmBracewithEm Website  (the ‘Website’). The Website provides coaching services, coaching products (the ‘Services’).
(b) The Website is operated by EmBracewithEm (ABN 33684845275). Please read these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’) carefully.  By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of the Services, immediately.
(c) EmBracewithEm reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at it’s sole discretion. When EmBracewithEm updates the Terms, it will use reasonable endeavors to provide you with notice of updates to the Terms. Any changes to the Terms take immediate effect from the date of their publication. Before you continue, we recommend you keep a copy of the Terms for your records.

Acceptance of the Terms
You accept the Terms by remaining on the Website. You may also accept the Terms by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms where this option is made available to you by EmBracewithEm

Definitions:

"Coach": Refers to EmBracewithEm or any of its appointed coaches.

"Client": The individual receiving the coaching services.

"Sessions": The scheduled appointments between the Coach and Client.

Services:

The Coach agrees to provide coaching services as described in the service description or package purchased by the Client.

Fees:

All fees quoted are in Australian Dollars.

The Client agrees to pay the fees as detailed in the service description or package.

Payments are due in 48 hours in advance of the first coaching session as pre-arranged, either in full or via a payment plan.

If entering into a payment plan, a direct debit must be put into place and a non-refundable deposit of $500 for packages paid.

Rescheduling and Cancellations:

The Client must provide 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancelling a session.

Cancellations within 24hours may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Confidentiality:

The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client communications unless given explicit permission to share or if required by law.

Disclaimer:

Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. The Client should consult with a professional before making any major decisions.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with 7 days written notice.

Refunds will be considered on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions unless otherwise agreed upon.

Limitation of Liability:

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Coach's services are advisory and consultative in nature, and any actions and decisions made by the Client are solely the responsibility of the Client.

Intellectual Property:

All materials, tools, and content provided by the Coach are proprietary and are for the personal use of the Client only. Reproduction, resale, or dissemination without written permission is prohibited.

Communication:

The Coach can be contacted via email and telephone.

Responses are typically within 24 hours.
